The System requirements for POLARIS are as follows
Operating system Microsoft Windows®2000 with Service Pack 3 or newer or Microsoft Windows XP
For POLARIS application without SQL Server

512 MB RAM or more
Monitor with resolution 1024x768 or higher
350 MB hard disk free space
For POLARIS application with MS SQL server:

PC with Pentium 1 GHz processor or faster
1024 MB RAM
Monitor with resolution 1024x768 or higher
650 MB hard disk free space
Additional software requirements for POLARIS-specific tasks

Microsoft Excel - for data export/import, as well as for creating serial documentation and mail merge - based on xls files.
Microsoft Word - for creating serial documentation and mail merge- based on doc files.
Microsoft Outlook - for exchange of contacts/tasks/appointments with POLARIS and automation of e-mail registration in POLARIS.
Internet access for sending e-mails.
