Analysis of business processes and support in POLARIS configuration:

Software installation on servers and workstations
We can install POLARIS on your network, configure access
to the system and set up user accounts with appropriate access rights.
Typical
installation time for 5 workstations and a single server takes about 2 hours.
Data migration from MS Excel spreadsheets, text files or other systems to POLARIS
If you already have your data in electronic form and you would like to transfer
it to a POLARIS database, our consultants can perform the data migration for
you. We may also provide training on data importation and other data exchange
functions with other programs.
Data importation times vary significantly depending on the volume of data to be imported. It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of days.
Preparing Reports, Serial documents and Mailing Templates
If you need to create reports based on data you’ve stored
in a POLARIS database and you feel you need the assistance of our customer
support staff, we are here to help. Also, we can provide on-site training sessions.
Preparing a simple report or a template takes about 30 minutes.
Trainings for POLARIS Users/Administrators
Training is available and is always customized to our clients’
needs. Training may be limited to an on-site introduction to POLARIS’s basic
functions. However, we also offer training for more complex tasks such as advanced
system configuration, data importation from external data sources, database
structure, creation of reports and templates based on SQL syntax, management
of databases access etc.
The duration of training sessions varies. Usually it takes between 3-6 hours,
but in the event of advanced-level training for POLARIS administrators, the
training may last much longer.
